1. Use of the Service
LocalTrustFlow provides tools for local business visibility monitoring, review workflow support, listing oversight, reporting, and related automation. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable platform and provider terms.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for activity that occurs under your account, and for making sure connected services and business data are authorized for use through LocalTrustFlow.
3. Customer Content and Connected Data
You retain responsibility for the data, business information, connected profiles, and instructions you provide. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect and manage those resources through the platform.
4. Automation and Approval Workflows
LocalTrustFlow may assist with monitoring, recommendations, drafting, alerts, and approved automation flows. You are responsible for reviewing configuration choices, approval policies, and business-specific decisions before enabling higher-automation behavior.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid features, add-ons, and subscriptions are billed according to the pricing then in effect. Charges may recur until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees associated with your selected plan and add-ons.
6. Third-Party Services
The platform may depend on third-party providers such as Google, Stripe, SendGrid, and Twilio. Their availability, terms, APIs, limitations, or policy changes may affect how LocalTrustFlow operates. We are not responsible for outages or policy decisions made by those providers.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to violate law, misrepresent a business, abuse third-party systems, send spam, scrape data without authorization, interfere with service performance, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or integrations.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued as the product evolves. We may perform maintenance, security work, or technical adjustments without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
9. Disclaimer
LocalTrustFlow is provided on an “as is†and “as available†basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific ranking, review, reputation, traffic, lead, or business outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LocalTrustFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if accounts violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay required fees, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time, subject to billing and legal obligations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
