Trust & Privacy

Privacy Policy

LocalTrustFlow is built to help local businesses manage Google visibility, reviews, and workflow automation responsibly. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Effective date: April 13, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We may collect business account details, contact information, billing information, workspace preferences, connected Google Business Profile data, review and listing activity, support communications, and platform usage data needed to operate LocalTrustFlow.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions, monitor connected business profiles, send notifications, improve product performance, respond to support requests, and maintain account security.

3. Connected Third-Party Services

LocalTrustFlow may connect to services such as Google, Stripe, SendGrid, and Twilio. Information shared with those providers is limited to what is reasonably necessary to deliver requested features such as billing, email delivery, SMS notifications, and Google Business Profile connectivity.

4. Billing and Payment Data

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We may retain billing contact information, subscription status, invoice references, and payment-related metadata required for account management.

5. Google Business Profile Data

If you connect a Google Business Profile, we may access business profile metadata, review-related information, listing status details, and other account data needed to monitor profile health, generate alerts, support reporting, and automate approved workflows.

6. Communication Data

We may use your email address to send verification codes, onboarding messages, billing notices, product communications, and account alerts. If SMS is enabled later, mobile numbers may be used for service-related notifications and verification workflows.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Connected service data may be removed or deactivated when an account is closed, subject to technical, legal, and operational requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect customer information. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, credential protection, and secure third-party integrations.

9. Data Sharing

We do not sell customer personal information. We may share information with service providers, infrastructure vendors, payment processors, communication platforms, or legal authorities when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the platform and its users.

10. Your Choices

You may request updates to account information, disconnect integrations, or close your account. Some information may need to be retained for billing, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, or contractual compliance.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date and provide notice through the platform, by email, or by updating this page.
